To ensure fairness, efficiency, and the smooth operation of the clinic , we have established the following Cancellation, Refund, Attendance terms and conditions .
By booking a course with The Clinic Training Academy, students acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & card Details
- Card details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By providing your card details, you authorise us to charge applicable cancellation or late fees in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellations Policy
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur a charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 25% of the total treatment cost.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. In such cases, a fee of 25% of the total treatment cost may be charged.
4. No Shows
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 25% of the total treatment cost.
5. Right to Refuse Treatment
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion where we believe it is not in the client’s best interest, is unsafe, or where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
6. Medical Information & Client Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information and to inform us of any changes to their health, medications, or circumstances that may affect treatment.
All required consultation forms and paperwork must be completed prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.
